About modification of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 No. 1548

Make change to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 No. 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 21, of the Art. 596), having added with its Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. Determine that for martial law imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", regional military authorities together with National police, Public service on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections, provide with Public service on medicines and control of drugs control of establishment by subjects of managing of retail trade of the prices of the following goods: wheat flour, pasta, long loaf, bread, buckwheat, grits, pork, beef, bird (carcasses chicken), milk, butter, sour cream, eggs, sunflower oil, sugar crystal, white cabbage, onion, beet, carrots, potatoes, ethanol (solution of 96%), nonsteroid anti-inflammatory medicines domestic, antibacterial medicines domestic, gasoline (the A-92, A-95) brands, diesel fuel, the gas liquefied for cars.".
