About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of May 17, 2021 No. 35

1. Bring in the Rules on safety of transportation of dangerous goods by road transport approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of May 17, 2021 No. 35, the following changes:

in word part two "Item 20.6 or 20.34 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 17, 2012 No. 156" shall be replaced with words "subitem 25.10.4 or 25.10.1 of Item 25.10 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548";
third to state part in the following edition:
"Transportation of opportunistic and pathogenic genetically engineered organisms out of limits of the Republic of Belarus, to the Republic of Belarus and movement by transit through its territory are permitted in the presence of the conclusion (the allowing document) for import to the Republic of Belarus, export from the Republic of Belarus, transit through its territory of opportunistic and pathogenic genetically engineered organisms received according to subitems 25.12.3-25.12.5 of Item 25.12 of the single list of ministerial procedures.";
