Some questions of provision of the government public assistance and privileges for the period of introduction of warlike situation

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that for introduction of warlike situation provision of the government public assistance and privileges is performed taking into account the following features:

1) the payment due date of the government public assistance to needy families, the help on children to lonely mothers, the temporary government public assistance to the unemployed person who reached general retirement age, but did not acquire the rights to retirement benefit (further - the government public assistance) which were appointed earlier, is prolonged to persons living in the territories of territorial communities in which fighting is conducted or the territories which are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, brought in the list in which are conducted fighting or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, the development of communities and the territories approved by the Ministry (was conducted) (further - the corresponding territories);

the payment due date of earlier appointed privileges is prolonged to persons with disability living in the corresponding territories in which expert teams on estimation of daily functioning of person temporarily do not carry out the powers, irrespective of completion date of the reference of medico-social commission of experts.

The government public assistance and privileges to persons with disability are paid about one the month following after month of completion in the corresponding territory of fighting, the terminations of possibility of fighting or completion of temporary occupation (inclusive);
