About features of charge and payment of money allowances, privileges and housing subsidies for the period of action of warlike situation

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that charge and payment of money allowances, privileges and housing subsidies for action of warlike situation in the territory of administrative and territorial units where structural divisions concerning social protection of the population of district, district public administrations, executive bodies in Kiev city, district in the cities (in case of their education) councils (further - social security authorities populations/bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine) have no opportunity to provide preparation of payable documents and carrying out financing, is performed taking into account the following features:

1) payment of money allowances, privileges and housing subsidies is performed by "Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" joint-stock company (further - JSC Oschadbank) by money transfer on the bank account (according to the IBAN standard) in bank in which the account of the receiver, or implementation of money transfers through international payment system of "MY TRANSFER" and joint-stock company Privatbank commercial bank is opened (further - JSC CB Privatbank);

2) financing of payments of money allowances, privileges and housing subsidies is carried out by the Ministry of social policy based on these receivers of money allowances, privileges and housing subsidies who are available in databases of the state company "Data Processing Center of the Ministry of Social Policy" of the Pension fund of Ukraine.

The state company "Data Processing Center of the Ministry of Social Policy" / the Pension fund of Ukraine create information (registers) on receivers of the monetary assistance, privileges and housing subsidies which are on accounting in social security authorities populations/bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine which have no opportunity to provide preparation of payable documents and financing of payments:
