I. In the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88):

"Article 615. Specific mode of pre-judicial investigation and prolongation of terms of detention during judicial proceedings in the conditions of warlike, emergency state or around conducting anti-terrorist operation or measure for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation and/or other states against Ukraine

1. In case of introduction in Ukraine or its certain areas (the administrative territory) of warlike, emergency state, conducting anti-terrorist operation or measures for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation and/or other states against Ukraine and if:

1) there is no technical capability of access to the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations - the decision on the beginning of pre-judicial investigation is made by the investigator, the prosecutor about what the relevant decree is issued; the data which are subject to entering into the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations are introduced in it as soon as possible, and legal proceedings during criminal proceedings are fixed in the relevant procedural documents, and also by means of technical means of fixation of criminal proceedings, except cases if fixation by means of technical means is impossible for technical reasons;
