1. The regulations on determination and approval for the purpose of establishment of rates of consumption of water for technological needs, and also losses of water in public water supply systems approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 180/2016 of 10.06.2016 (The official monitor, 2016, No. 206-214, to change the Art. 1185) registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1122 of July 6 2016, as follows:

1) In the Provision in all text the word "consideration" is replaced with the word "consideration".

2) In Item 2 the text "sewerages, cleaning and removal of sewage" to replace with the text of "the sewerage and sewage treatment".

3) In item 4 of litas. b), after the word "water purifications" it is supplemented with the words "and transfer".
