1. From 00:00 on February 24, 2022 to suspend carrying out transactions in system of depositary accounting of depositary of the National Bank of Ukraine, except such:

1) transactions necessary for implementation of monetary (monetary) policy by the National Bank of Ukraine;

2) the transactions necessary for implementation by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of transactions on servicing of public debt;

3) opening of new accounts in securities;

4) accounting transactions concerning government securities according to appendix to the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of February 28, 2022 No. 137 "About procedure for carrying out separate transactions in the capital markets";
