Question of provision in 2022 to insured persons of one-time financial support in connection with loss of part of the salary (income), work (economic activity) of which is temporarily stopped as a result of conducting fighting during warlike situation in Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. According to the paragraph to the second the subitem 2 of Item 22 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine:

1) to cut down the expenses provided in the general fund of the government budget:

To the Ministry of Finance for 2022 according to the program 3511210 "Subvention from the government budget to local budgets on implementation of actions for social and economic development of the separate territories", for 6000 million hryvnias;

To the ministry of development of communities and territories of the program 2761070 "State Regional Development Fund" for 5205 million hryvnias;

To the Ministry of Economics according to the program 1201300 "Reconstruction, upgrade and recovery of meliorative systems", for 1000 million hryvnias and according to the program 1201250 "Compensation of financial liabilities according to credit and leasing agreements in the field of mechanical engineering" for 1000 million hryvnias;

To the ministry of infrastructure of the program 3121130 "Subvention from the government budget to local budgets on implementation of infrastructure projects and development of objects of the welfare sphere", for 8700 million hryvnias;

2) to increase amount of expenses according to the Reserve fund program 3511030 by the amount of 21 905 million hryvnias.
