According to Item 20 of Article 7, to Articles 15, 55 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation", to the Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX, to the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022, considering the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of April 21, 2015 No. 337-VIII "About the Statement of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "About repulse of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation and overcoming its effects"", for the purpose of safety and financial stability of bank system in the conditions of warlike situation, considering implementation of military aggression by the Russian Federation against the state of Ukraine, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. The National Bank of Ukraine has the right to make the decision on withdrawal of the banking license and liquidation of the bank which is under control of the state aggressor.

2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
