About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 18, 2005 No. 362

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 18, 2005 No. 362 "About establishment of the amount of collection for issue of export (import) certificates" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 20, the Art. 1076) the following changes:
in the name of the resolution of the word of "export (import) certificates" shall be replaced with words "export licenses (import) of goods";
in Item 1 of the resolution of the word of "the export (import) certificate" shall be replaced with words "export licenses (import) of goods";
add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Determine that before the termination or cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine collection for licensing for export (import) of goods is not levied.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
