About modification of the Order of the Government No. 259/2013 about implementation of some regulations of the Code on subsoil

Based on Item j) Article 9 and article 52 of the Code about subsoil No. 3/2009 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 75-77, 197), with subsequent changes, and also for ensuring rational and complex use of subsoil DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 259/2013 about implementation of some regulations of the Code on subsoil (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 83-90, 314), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 1 of the resolution of the word "staff of the State Commission on Mineral Reserves" shall be replaced with words "Structure of the State Commission on Mineral Reserves";

2) in Item 8 of appendix No. 2:

to replace the text of "at least 10 of her members" with the text "at least 7 of her members", and "at least in 10 days" to replace the text with the text "at least in 20 days";

add with the following offer: "The commission gathers quarterly, in the first week of reporting quarter or as required";
