About modification of the Regulations on implementation of currency interventions of the National Bank of Ukraine in the foreign exchange market of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, of 44, of 45, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure of currency interventions of the National Bank of Ukraine in the foreign exchange market of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 56 Laws of Ukraine

1. The fifth Item 17 of the Regulations on implementation of currency interventions of the National Bank of Ukraine in the foreign exchange market of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 31, 2019 No. 26, to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"DIFF - the indicator reflecting differential between interest rates for means in foreign currencies which participate in implementation of currency intervention. The board of National Bank the administrative act determines procedure of payments and parameters of this indicator".

2. To department of the public markets (Alexey Lupin) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
