2.9. for financing of running repair, construction and reconstruction, and also capital repairs of highways credit resources of banks with their subsequent repayment at the expense of means of republican road fund and (or) means of regional budgets (the budget of Minsk) in amounts and on the conditions determined in the decisions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (its Presidium) which are drawn up in the form of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus can be attracted;
