About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public procurements"

1. Under Article 2:

1.1. exclude the word "tender" from the paragraph of the ninth;

1.2. in the paragraph the twenty second ambassador of the word "compliance" to add the word "in advance";

1.3. at the end of the paragraph of the twenty second to replace point with semicolon and to add with paragraphs the twenty third and twenty fourth the following content:
