For the purpose of ensuring execution of part two of article 7 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About cinematography" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Rules of broadcasting and demonstration of movies" (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Rules of broadcasting and demonstration of movies

1. These rules establish rules of broadcasting and demonstration of all movies in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic irrespective of pattern of ownership, time and the place of release, the equipment and methods of production for the purpose of prevention of illegal demonstration of the national, foreign or joint films shot in art, chronicle, documentary, national and popular, educational, animated and other genres (further - the movie), broadcasts of the movies propagandizing pornography and violence, determination of age categories of spectator audience.

2. According to the Civil code of the Azerbaijan Republic and these rules citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic, foreigners, stateless persons and structures can be engaged in broadcast of movies and their demonstration.

3. Activities of persons who are engaged in radio, satellite, cable TV broadcast are regulated by the relevant laws of the Azerbaijan Republic.

4. All movies allowed to broadcasting and mass demonstration in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic are registered the Ministry of Culture and tourism of the Azerbaijan Republic and are entered in the state register of movies.
