1.1. under Article 3:

1.1.1. in part 5 to exclude the word of "accounting", and to add the specified part after the word of "reporting" with words "(except for financial statements)";

1.1.2. cancel part 9;

1.2. add with Article 3-1 of the following content:

"Article 3-1. Financial accounting of persons who obtained the license for activities for currency exchange

3-1.1. The relations in connection with conducting financial accounting and creation, representation and publication of financial statements by persons who obtained the license for activities for currency exchange are regulated by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About financial accounting".
