For the purpose of ensuring financing of urgent expenses of the state in the conditions of martial law imposed in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine I decide:
1. Recommend to the National Bank of Ukraine to perform on February 24, 2022 in accordance with the established procedure transfer in the Government budget of Ukraine of the amount of part of profit to distribution following the results of 2021 in full.
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
