About modification of the Procedure for reimbursation of medicines

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Make change to the Procedure for reimbursation of medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 28, 2021 No. 854 "Some questions of reimbursation of medicines according to the program of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 67, Art. 4230; No. 99, the Art. 6494)", having added with its Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. Determine that for action of warlike situation:

1) to subjects of managing under agreements on reimbursation the full recovery of the cost (reimbursation) of medicines of insulin is performed;

2) provisions of this Procedure are not applied to partial cost recovery (reimbursation) of medicines of insulin, calculation of the amount of surcharge for insulin medicines which are paid by patients to pharmaceutical institution, surcharge is not levied from patients;

3) the size of reimbursation of primary package of trade name of medicine of insulin is determined at the level of retail price of primary package of trade name of medicine of insulin for all categories of the patients provided by this Procedure and types and forms of release of such medicines.".
