About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of non-admission of decrease in efficiency of oil trade crude and the oil products made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2007 No. 681 "About some questions of trade in oil products" the following changes:
1.1. in Item 1:
add subitem 1.1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"JSC Gomeltransneft Friendship;";
subitem 1 part one. 2, subitems 1.4 and 1. 5, paragraph one of part one of subitem 1.6 after words "GP "Belzarubezhtorg" add with words", JSC Gomeltransneft Friendship;
1.2. for office use.
2. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State Control Committee.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
