1. Establish the list of suppliers * to which in 2022-2023 subsidies for payment of part of interest for using the loans granted by banks in 2022 according to part one of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2019 to No. 97, according to appendix are provided.

* For the purposes of this resolution the term "supplier" is used in the value determined in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2019 No. 97.
2. The subsidies specified in Item 1 of this resolution are provided to suppliers monthly on the loans granted for:
calculations for maslosemen of colza of harvest of 2022, delivered for republican state needs, including for their advance payment (advance payments), cost recoveries on their production (but is not higher than their production cost), - in the amount of 50 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank operating (taking into account its change) in the corresponding period of charge of percent on the loans granted in Belarusian rubles;
calculations for barley brewing harvest of 2022, delivered for republican state needs, including for its advance payment (advance payment), cost recovery on its production (but is not higher than its production cost), - in the amount of 75 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank operating (taking into account its change) in the corresponding period of charge of percent on the loans granted in Belarusian rubles;
