1. In the organizations and the organizations located at the height over 1200 meters above sea level in the Azerbaijan Republic to apply the following allowances (coefficients) to the salary of the workers occupied at the companies:

* for placement at the height from 1200 to 1500 meters over sea-1,1 level;

* for placement at the height from 1500 to 2000 meters over sea-1,2 level;

* for placement at the height of 2000 meters and above over sea-1,3 level.

2. Determine that appointed Item 1 of this Decree of the allowance (coefficients) to the salary are paid to the workers occupied in the organizations financed from the government budget, the companies and the organizations at the expense of budgetary funds, and the workers occupied in other organizations, the companies and the organizations - at the expense of their own means.

3. The presidential decree of the Azerbaijani Soviet Socialist Republic of June 28, 1990 No. 23 "About privileges in the field of salary payment of employees of the organizations and organizations located in mountain areas of the republic" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Azerbaijani SSR, 1990, No. 12, Article 123) to consider invalid.

4. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Decree.
