About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning establishment of criminal liability for kollaboratsionny activities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131):

Part one of Article 55 to add 1) with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"Deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities as the primary or additional punishment for making of criminal offenses against bases of homeland security of Ukraine, stipulated in Article 111-1 of this Code, is appointed for a period of ten up to fifteen years";

Item 3 parts one of Article 96-3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3) making by its authorized person on behalf of the legal entity of any of the criminal offenses provided by Articles 111-1, 258 - 258-5 of this Code";

Article 96-9 after figures "110" to add 3) with figures "111-1";

To add 4) with Article 111-1 of the following content:

"Article 111-1. Kollaboratsionny activities

1. Public objection by the citizen of Ukraine implementation of the armed aggression against Ukraine, establishment and approval of temporary occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine or public calls by the citizen of Ukraine for support of decisions and/or actions of the state aggressor, paramilitary groups and/or occupational administration of the state aggressor, to cooperation with the state - aggressor, paramilitary groups and/or occupational administration of the state aggressor, to non-recognition of distribution of the state sovereignty of Ukraine on temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine
