About modification of some Decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning component parts for production of the heat-generating assemblies for nuclear power plants

The component parts for production of the heat-generating assemblies like AFA 3G for nuclear power plants of People's Republic of China classified by code 8401 30 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU and no more than 200 tons of the heat-generating assemblies imported from the French Republic or the Federal Republic of Germany into the Republic of Kazakhstan till December 31, 2024 inclusive in the amount necessary for production in year in uranium equivalent, on condition of submission to customs authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan confirmations of the purpose of imported goods issued by the authorized body of the Republic of Kazakhstan performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of the industry and the containing data on the nomenclature and quantity of such goods, and also on the organizations performing their import.
