1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 1, 2019 No. 139 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 7, 2018 No. 305" the following changes:
1.1. state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on part two of Item 3 of the Regulations on implementation of activities in the field of the gaming approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2005 No. 9, of paragraph two of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 7, 2018 No. 305 "About enhancement of legal regulation of gaming" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
1.2. in Regulations on the activities procedure in the field of gaming on content of virtual gambling institution approved by this resolution:
"No. approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2005 9," to exclude from Item 1 of the word;
in Item 2:
to add part one after paragraph two with the paragraph of the following content:
"The law of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2014 No. 165-Z "About measures for prevention of legalization of income gained in the criminal way, financings of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction";";
