Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2022 No. 185 "Some questions of implementation of public purchases of goods, works and services for satisfaction of compelling needs of functioning of the state in the conditions of warlike situation" - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2022 No. 197, the following changes:

third subitem 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the payer under tripartite agreements under which customer are military authorities and the central executive bodies, on implementation of purchases at the expense of means of the government budget for satisfaction of compelling needs of functioning of the state (on acquisition of necessary food and medical products, fuel);";

add Item with the subitem 4 following of content:

"4) write-off from accounting of food products, fuel, medicines, immunobiological medicines (vaccines), medical products, supportive applications to them, the medical equipment which customer are military authorities and the central executive bodies under the agreements provided by the paragraph third the subitem 1 of Item 1 of this resolution is performed based on decisions of the commissions formed by the relevant military authorities and the central executive bodies which created the order.".
