About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state fee"

Being guided by Item 15 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:

Article 1.

1.1. In Article 1.3 of the word "determined by the law" shall be replaced with words "the stipulated in Article 17.6-1 Law", "laws" shall be replaced with words the word "regulatory legal acts" and this Article after the word "payment" to add the article "procedure".

1.11. add with Article 19.5 of the following content:

"19.5. To the amount of the state tax, the stipulated in Clause 18.65.3-1 this Law, depending on date of issue of cars the following coefficients are applied:

19.5.1. for cars with date of issue to 4 years - 1,0;

19.5.2. for cars with date of issue from 4 to 10 years - 0,8;

19.5.3. for cars with date of issue more than 10 years - 0,3 ".;

1.12. In article 19-1 of figure "50" to replace with figures "65";

1.27. Under Article 33-2:

1.27.1. State Article 33-2.2 in the following edition:

"33-2.2. The amount of the state tax, the stipulated in Article 33-1 this Law, are determined for permission to advertizing on open space for a period of 1 year.";

1.27.2. Add with Articles 33-2.3 - 33-2.7 following of content:

"33-2.3. Depending on the square into which the advertizing medium is placed to the amount of the state tax, the stipulated in Article 33-1 this Law, the following coefficients are applied:

33-2.3.1. In the city of Baku - 1;

33-2.3.2. the cities of Ganja, Sumgayit and Xirdalan - 0,8;

33-2.3.3. settlements and villages of Absheronsky district (except the city of Xirdalan), Mingachevir, Shirvan, Lenkorani, Yevlakh, Shaki, Gabala, the Lip, the cities of Naftalan and the settlement of Nabran of Hachmazsky district - 0,7;

33-2.3.4. for other cities (areas), settlements and villages - 0,5.

33-2.4. For volume space designs and devices of irregular shape the area surrounded with advertisement contour is considered advertizing space.

33-2.5. The state fee for sign (text) more than 1 sq.m placed on entrance, facade (wall, fence) of office, shopping or other facility to which it directly belongs and containing name, accessory, type of activity, the address and the mode of operation of these objects to the consumer is paid according to the general size.

33-2.6. In case of effective period of temporary permission to advertizing less than one year the amount of the state tax is divided into twelve and permission is multiplied on the number of months and the corresponding coefficient, the stipulated in Article 33-2.3 presents of the Law is applied to result.

33-2.7. In case of prolongation of effective period of permission to advertizing on the open area, and also on advertizing of new goods, production (realization) of which is licensed or certified, the state fee is paid for renewal of the operating permission.";

1.28. State Article 33-5 in the following edition:

"Article 33-5. Rates and features of payment of the state fee for registration of the mobile devices imported by physical person for private consumption, except for mobile devices, imported for realization and other business activity assessed by customs duty and the value added tax when importing by legal entities and physical persons

33-5.1.
