About prolongation of effective period of warlike situation in Ukraine
Due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation continuing large-scale against Ukraine, based on the offer of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, according to Item 20 parts one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine, to the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation" I decide:
1. In partial replacement of Article 1 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 with No. 64/2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", No. 2102-IX approved by the Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 to extend the validity of warlike situation in Ukraine from 5 hours 30 minutes on March 26, 2022 for a period of 30 days.
2. To provide to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine informing in accordance with the established procedure the UN Secretary General and officials of foreign states about prolongation of effective period of warlike situation in Ukraine and the reasons of adoption of such decision.
3. This Decree becomes effective along with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About prolongation of effective period of warlike situation in Ukraine".
