Make change to Item 12 of the Procedure for creation and use of material reserves for the prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 30, 2015 No. 775 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 80, of the Art. 2675), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"electricity supply, natural gas, chemical reagents and inventory items of the companies for uninterrupted provision of housing and communal services in the territory where martial law is declared.".
