About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About compulsory national personal insurance of the military personnel"

Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Item 16 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:

Article 1.

Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About compulsory national personal insurance of the military personnel" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1997, No. 5, Art. 399; 2001, No. 12, Art. 736; 2005, No. 8), Article 692, No. 10, Article 872, 2006, No. 12, Article 1007, 2008, No. 6, Article 462, No. 11, Article 960, 2011, No. 2, Article 71, 2013, No. 12, Article 1491, 2015, No. 2, Art. 73, 2016, No. 3, Art. 415, 2017, No. 5, Art. 686, 2019, No. 1, Art. 33, No. 11, Art. 1691, 2020, No. 7, Art. 826, 2021, No. 8, Art. 897):

1.1. in preamble of the word "determines rules and conditions of the national compulsory personal medical insurance" shall be replaced with words "governs the relations in the field of the state obligatory personal life insurance and health";

1.2. State Article 1.1 in the following edition:

"1.1. Compulsory national personal insurance of the military personnel is regulated by the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, international treaties which participant is the Azerbaijan Republic, this Law, and also other regulatory legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic.";

1.3. Article 2 - 4 to state in the following edition:

"Article 2. Basic concepts

2.1. The basic concepts used in this Law have the following values:

2.1.1. compulsory national personal insurance - system of the relations directed to compulsory insurance of life and the health insured according to this Law;

2.1.2. The insurer - the body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority, performing activities for the national compulsory personal insurance and exercising control of insurance funds according to the procedure, established by this Law;
