About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About obligation of insurance of persons serving in the diplomatic representations of the Azerbaijan Republic operating in foreign countries and the international organizations"

Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Item 16 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:

Article 1.

Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About obligation of insurance of persons serving in the diplomatic representations of the Azerbaijan Republic operating in foreign countries and the international organizations" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2004, No. 7, the Art. 506), 2006, No. 3, the Art. 223, 2007, No. 6, the Art. 560, 2008, No. 6, the Art. 462, No. 11, the Art. 960, 2014, No. 4, the Art. 336, 2015, No. 4, the Art. 351, 2019, Article No. 1 36, 2020, Article No. 7 828):

1.1. the words "compulsory insurance of persons serving in the diplomatic representations operating in foreign states and the international organizations" shall be replaced with words "compulsory national personal insurance of staff of diplomatic service and persons bearing administrative and technical service in diplomatic representations and consulates";

1.2. To state the text of Article 1 in the following edition:

"This Law governs the relations in the field of the state obligatory personal life insurance and health of employees of diplomatic service and persons bearing administrative and technical service (further - employees) serving in diplomatic representations and consulates of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - diplomatic representations of the Azerbaijan Republic).";

1.3. State Article 2-6 in the following edition:
