About modification of Item 4-1 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. In paragraph four of Item 4-1 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine (2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the words "with the Supreme council of justice" shall be replaced with words sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "with the Supreme council of justice. In absence period of authorized structure of the Supreme council of justice such expense reallocation is performed by Public judicial administration of Ukraine without approval of the Supreme council of justice".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
