About introduction of amendments to articles 8.32 and 20.3.3 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences

Bring in the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2011, No. 1, Art. 54; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4278; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4286; 2019, No. 25, Art. 3162; Russian newspaper, 2022, on March 9) following changes:
1) in paragraph one of part 4 of Article 8.32 of the word "the person, -" shall be replaced with words "the person if these actions (failure to act) do not contain signs of penal act, -";
2) in Article 20.3.3:
a) add the name with the words "or execution by state bodies of the Russian Federation of the powers for present purposes";
b) the paragraph one of part 1 after the words "for present purposes" to add with the words "and the execution by state bodies of the Russian Federation of the powers which is equally directed to discredit outside the territory of the Russian Federation for present purposes".
