Article 1

Make to the section III appendices to the Federal Law of January 12, 1995 No. 5-FZ "About veterans" (in edition of the Federal Law of January 2, 2000 No. 40-FZ) (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 3, Art. 168; 2000, No. 2, Art. 161; 2002, No. 48, Art. 4743; 2008, No. 40, Art. 4501; 2009, No. 51, Art. 6148; 2011, No. 45, Art. 6337; 2015, No. 48, Art. 6717; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4189; 2017, with No. 43, the Art. 6228) change, having added it after line item

"Accomplishment of special tasks in the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic: since September 30, 2015"

Article 2

Financing of the expenses provided by the Section III of appendix to the Federal Law of January 12, 1995 No. 5-FZ "About veterans" (in edition of this Federal Law), is performed at the expense of means of the federal budget according to article 10 of the Federal Law of January 12, 1995 No. 5-FZ "About veterans".

Article 3

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
