About determination of the Priority directions of energy saving

In pursuance of Item 7 of the Procedure for provision of soft credits for implementation of investment projects of implementation of energy-saving technologies and technologies for production of alternative sources of the fuel approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 18, 2006 N695 I ORDER:

1. Determine the Priority directions of energy saving (appendix).

2. To finance department of the industry and construction complex (Telichko K. I.):

2.1. Provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2.2. Bring this order to the banks receiving from the government budget of means for preferential crediting of subjects of housekeeping, realizing investment projects of implementation of energy-saving technologies and technologies for production of alternative sources of fuel for application in work.

3. I reserve control of execution of this order.

Priority directions of energy saving

1. Increase in share of alternative types of fuel in structure of energy consumption:

1.1. Construction of facilities on production of alternative types of energy resources based on biological raw materials (seeds of colza, waste of woodworking, organic alcohols and it similar, waste of poultry farms, stock-raising and farms and so forth);

1.2. Implementation autonomous gelio-and wind-mill electric generating units;

1.3. Reconstruction and reshaping of the operating oily, sugar, spirit and other companies of the AIC on biofuel production from vegetable raw materials and other alternative fuel from waste of agricultural and industrial productions.
