About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather state guarantees in the conditions of warlike situation, emergency situation or emergency state

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1) part one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About military civil authorities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 13, of Art. 87 with subsequent changes) to add with Item 52 following of content:

"52) providing in the conditions of warlike situation, emergency situation or emergency state of realization of the state guarantees determined by the laws of Ukraine";

2) in article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 28, Art. 250 with subsequent changes):

in part two:

in Item 15 of the word "educational institutions" shall be replaced with words "education institutions, organizations of education";

in Item 21 of the word to "educational institutions" shall be replaced with words to "organizations of education";

add with Item 44 following of content:

"44) providing in the conditions of warlike situation of realization of the state guarantees determined by the laws of Ukraine.";

third to add part with Item 12 of the following content:

"12) providing in the conditions of warlike situation of realization of the state guarantees determined by the laws of Ukraine";

The Section VI of the Law of Ukraine "About education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 38-39, of Art. 380 with subsequent changes) to add 3) with Article 57-1-of the following content:

"Article 57-1. The state guarantees in the conditions of warlike situation, emergency situation or emergency state
