About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2022"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2022" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2022, No. 3, Art. 12; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of February 23, 2022 No. 2099-IX and of March 3, 2022 No. 2118-IX) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in paragraph three of figure "1.525.930.540,8" and "153.547.984,2" to replace respectively with figures "1.593.495.680,8" and "221.113.124,2";

in paragraph six of figure "188.798.245,3" and "28.539.037,3" to replace respectively with figures "256.363.385,3" and "96.104.177,3".

2. In article 5 of figure "2.725.325.400,9" to replace with figures "2.792.890.540,9".

3. In Article 6:

1) in Item 1:

in paragraph one of the word and figure "in amount to 3 percent of the planned income of the general fund of the government budget" to exclude;

in the subitem "b" of the word and figures" (in amount to 10.000.000 thousand hryvnias)" to exclude;

in the subitem "v" of the word and figures" (in amount to 20.000.000 thousand hryvnias)" to exclude;

To replace 2) in Item 2 of figure "27.422.252" with figures "26.306.852";

3) in Item 3 of the word and figures" (integration of the Ukrainian OES into the European integrated power system) III" (in amount to 823.680 thousand hryvnias)" shall be replaced with words also in figures" (Upgrade of substations) II" and the "Increase in Efficiency of Transmission of Electricity (Integration of the Ukrainian OES into the European Integrated Power System) in III" project (in amount to 1.939.080 thousand hryvnias)".
