About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning activities in the field of the environment and civil protection for action of warlike situation and during the recovery period

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of civil protection of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. 34-35, 458):

Article 8 to add 1) with part four of the following content:

"4. Additional tasks of single state system of civil protection during the recovery period are:

carrying out target mobilization for mitigation of consequences of conducting military operations and emergency situations;

mitigation of consequences of military operations in settlements and in the territories which were affected by weapons of destruction;

taking measures for recovery of objects of critical infrastructure of the sphere of life support of the population;

determination of settlements and areas which need conducting humanitarian mine clearing, marking of dangerous sites, carrying out cleaning (mine clearing) the territories;

attraction to mitigation of consequences of conducting military operations and emergency situations of international aid";

2) in Article 16 part one:

state Item 15 in the following edition:

"15) approval of the annual plan of the main actions of civil protection of Ukraine, including measures during the recovery period after the end of military operations";

add with Item 15-2 of the following content:

"15-2) scoping and terms of implementation of recovery work on mitigation of consequences of military operations during action of warlike situation";

Part one of Article 83 to state 3) in the following edition:

"1. For the purpose of liquidation of emergency situations of technogenic or natural nature of the national level and their effects, and also target mobilization according to the procedure, determined by the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of emergency state" and other regulatory legal acts can be carried out to the recovery period for mitigation of consequences of military operations".
