About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 24, 2015 No. 137 "About approval of Rules of the organization of the centralized biddings by electrical energy"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 24, 2015 No. 137 "About approval of Rules of the organization of the centralized biddings by electrical energy" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10550) the following changes:

According to the subitem 39) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About power industry" I ORDER:";

in Rules of the organization of the centralized biddings of electrical energy approved by the specified order:

state Items 1 and 2 in the following edition:

"1. Rules of the organization of the centralized biddings are developed by electrical energy (further - Rules) according to the subitem 39) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About power industry" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for the organization of the centralized biddings by electrical energy.

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) method of bilateral auction - the mechanism of carrying out the centralized biddings by electrical energy based on determination of the price by comparison of the ranged demand schedules and the offer;

2) the pay-sheet - the document constituted by the operator of the market of centralized trade following the results of the centralized biddings and sent to the servicing bank for implementation of settlement according to the bargains concluded at the centralized biddings;

3) minimization of number of couples - the mechanism providing minimizing the number of the concluded couples "seller buyer";
