About modification of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine

In connection with the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", the approved Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make to the section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

1. In Item 22:

Article 28 part five;

Article 33 and related regulations of rather Budget declaration;

Article 52 part one;

Article 54 part two;

Articles 59 and 60 regarding adherence to deadlines of submission of the monthly and quarter reporting on execution of the State Budget of Ukraine;

Article 61 part one regarding adherence to deadline of submission of the annual statement about accomplishment of the law on the Government budget of Ukraine;
