In "Procedure for provision of mortgage, including soft mortgage loan at the expense of means Mortgage and credit guarantee fund of the Azerbaijan Republic", No. 940 approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 22, 2016 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 6, Article 1036; 2017, No. 4, Article 526, No. 7, Articles 1340, 1370, No. 8, article 1521, No. 12 (I book), Article 2328; 2018, No. 5, Article 900, No. 9, Article 1825; 2019, No. 1, Article 58, No. 4, Article 618; 2020, No. 5, Article 541; 2021, No. 5, Article 435) to make the following changes:

1. add subitem 3.2.1 with the 8th paragraph of the following content:

2. at the end of subitem 3.2.7 to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon and to add with subitem 3.2.8 of the following content:
