About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning release from military service of persons with disability and persons who are looking after persons with disability and sick children

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324 with subsequent changes):

Items 6 and 7 to exclude 1) in article 17 part two;

2) in Article 18 part one:

to add paragraph two after the words "acknowledged" with words "persons with disability or";

after the paragraph of the fifth to add with five new paragraphs of the following content:

"which bring up the child with disability aged to 18 years;

which bring up the child sick with crushing perinatal defeat of nervous system, heavy inborn malformation, rare orphan disease, oncological, oncohematological disease, cerebral palsy, heavy mental disturbance, diabetes of the I type (insulin-dependent), acute or chronic disease of kidneys of the IV degree, the child who got severe injury requires transplantation of body, requires palliative care that is confirmed by the document issued by the medical and advisory commission of institution of health care according to the procedure and in form, established by the central executive body which provides forming and realizes state policy in the field of health care, but to which disability is not established;

occupied with permanent care of the sick wife (husband), the child, and also the parents or the wife (husband) which according to the conclusion of medico-social commission of experts or the medical and advisory commission of healthcare institution need permanent care;

which have the wife (husband) from among persons with disability and/or one of the parents or parents of the wife (husband) from among persons with disability of I or II groups;
