About introduction of amendments to the Law on protection of monuments No. 1530/1993

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on protection of monuments No. 1530/1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 15-17, 23), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law of the word "Ministry of Education, Cultures and Researches" shall be replaced with words Ministry of Culture, the words "public funds", "Public Funds" and "members of funds" - respectively the words "public associations", "Public Associations" and "members of associations", the words "protective zones" - the words "conservation zones", the word "List" - the word "Register" in the corresponding case.

2. In Article 1:
