About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 10, 2017 No. 816

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 10, 2017 No. 816 "About order of registration of radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices of the state bodies and organizations used for needs of public authorities, for needs of defense of the country, safety of the state and providing law and order and modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 12, 2004 No. 539" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 29, the Art. 4377).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1. State the name in the following edition:

"About order of registration of radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices of the state bodies and organizations used for needs of public authorities, for needs of defense of the country, safety of the state and providing law and order".

2. In Item 3 of Rules of registration of radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices of the state bodies and organizations used for needs of public authorities for the needs of defense of the country, safety of the state and providing law and order approved by the specified resolution of the word "on October 12, 2004 No. 539" shall be replaced with words "on October 20, 2021 No. 1800".
