About introduction of amendments to article 21 of the Law on veterans No. 190/2003
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In article 21 of the Law on veterans No. 190/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 84-86, 392), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
in part (3) the second offer to add with words "irrespective of whether they live in the Republic of Moldova.";
part (to state 4) in the following edition:
"(4) the citizens of the Republic of Moldova awarded with the state awards based on the Law on the state awards of the Republic of Moldova No. 1123/1992 or awarded with the state awards of the former USSR equated to the state awards of the Republic of Moldova by the Resolution of Parliament on the rights of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova awarded with the state awards of the former USSR, No. 533/1995, receivers of pension or the public social benefit including in other states irrespective of whether they live in the Republic of Moldova have the Right to personal benefit.".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) to the Government in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
