About modification of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications" concerning increase in efficiency of pre-judicial investigation "without delay" and counteractions to cyber attacks

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88) the following changes:

1. In Article 71:
