About further improvement of material logistics of activities of the National center of the Republic of Uzbekistan for human rights

For the purpose of the organization of system forming of the scientific legal base in the field of human rights, further improvement of material logistics of activities of the National center of the Republic of Uzbekistan for human rights within ensuring effective realization of membership of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Human Rights Council of the United Nations in 2021 - 2023:

1. In structure of the National center of the Republic of Uzbekistan on human rights (further - the Center) due to reducing six established posts of editorial office of the "Democratization and Human Rights" magazine:

form the Information and library center for human rights - the "House of human rights" consisting of two established posts;

create the Press service based on position of the press secretary with introduction of two additional established posts;

enter into Department of training and education in the field of human rights and Department of international cooperation of human rights in addition on one established post.

2. Assign the following additional main objectives to the Center:

systematization of the scientific legal base in the field of human rights, providing the permanent edition of educational, scientific and methodical and popular editions, and also collections of international treaties in state language;

maintaining chronology of the reforms undertaken in the field of ensuring human rights, creation of ample opportunities to citizens and scientific researchers for use of the systematized scientific and legal sources on human rights.

3. For the purpose of further stimulation of the workers having great professional skills, making big contribution to increase in efficiency of activities of the Center to create Special fund of material stimulation of employees of the National center of the Republic of Uzbekistan for human rights in the amount of 50 percent of the annual salary fund by fund of development of bodies and organizations of justice.
