About modification of the Regulations on procedure for provision of the office housing which is under authority of the Ministry of Defence and military units of National army, approved by the Order of the Government No. 874/2015

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Regulations on procedure for provision of the office housing which is under authority of the Ministry of Defence and military units of National army, approved by the Order of the Government No. 874/2015 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 347-360, 978), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 5 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5. Office housing is provided to contract servicemen, civilian personnel for whom this position is the main, and to members of their families.

Contract servicemen, civilian personnel and members of their families have no right to providing with office housing if in garrison where they serve:

a) have individual housing in private property;

b) received housing provided by the Ministry of Defence in property which was aloof;

c) received the monetary compensation on acquisition of housing provided central or local body of public management / public organization including through government programs;

d) received housing on preferential price by means of the government program, including from central/local authorities of public management;

e) received the parcel of land allocated with bodies of central/local public authority under construction of the individual house.

Provision of office housing of the Ministry of Defence which is under authority, is performed according to the decision of the Minister of Defence, based on the offer of the housing commission of the Ministry of Defence.

Provision of the office housing which is under authority of military units of National army is performed according to the decision of the commander of part, based on the offer of the housing commission of the corresponding part.";
