1. Approve the Procedure for provision of approval on licensing for sugar from sugar cane or sugar beet and chemically net sucrose, in firm condition which export is subject to licensing in 2006 which is applied.

2. To department of the food industry (Kishchak Yu. P.) to provide to department of the external economic cooperation (Rudenko M. M.) in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. The commissions on provision of consent to licensing for sugar from sugar cane or sugar beet and chemically net sucrose, in firm condition which export is subject to licensing in 2006, to the 25th day of every month to inform Department of the external economic cooperation on quantity and amounts of the issued approvals.

4. To impose control of execution of the order on the First Deputy Minister Demchak I. M.
