Based on provision of the Law No. 288/2017 on modification of amendments of some legal acts (it is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, No. 464-470 from 29.12.2017) and according to provisions of Item 9 of Article 11) of Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Economics approved by the Order of the Government No. 143/2021, I ORDER:
1. The text "liable to VAT on zero rate" from the name of the Order No. 66/2010 on approval of the List of economic agents companies of light industry and the types of service rendered by them in the territory of the Republic of Moldova to applicants of customs regime of conversion on customs area liable to VAT on zero rate, and in all text shall be replaced with words "exempted from the VAT with the deduction right".
2. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
