About introduction of amendments to the Order of the director of the State Tax Administration of the Republic of Moldova No. 388 of September 9, 2019 about approval of Methodical instructions for carrying out tax visits
According to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 141 of 30.11.2021 "About approval of organizational structure of the State Tax Administration", in provisions of Art. 132-3 of h (10) the Tax code I ORDER:
1. Make changes to the Order of the Director of GNS No. 388 of 9.09.2019 about approval of Methodical instructions for carrying out tax visits, with subsequent changes and amendments, as follows: in all text of the order of the word "Head Department of Tax Administration" to replace with "Head department of tax servicing" in the corresponding grammatical form and to replace the words "Head Department of Tax Administration of Debt" with "Head department of debt collection" in the corresponding grammatical form.
2. To head department of observance of the tax legislation: provide publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and post it on the website of the State Tax Administration.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
